The Management Committee (MC) of Oxley BizHub 2 (OBH2) welcomes the use of its premises for filming to project OBH2 as a vibrant place to work and do business at.
While most of our tenants are responsible in managing their waste disposal, we do have a handful of tenants & their suppliers who have been dumping irresponsibly (please see pictures below).
We have received numerous complaints that the rubbish points at lift landings have had food waste thrown into and around them. This has led to cockroach infestation. There are also instances of cartons and other packaging items left at lift landings.
Please be informed that the 1st floor main lobby will be closed for renovation works.
We have provided bins for burning of joss paper (gold paper) during the Seventh Month prayers. The bins are located at the refuse collection bin area as shown below:
