We have received numerous complaints that the rubbish points at lift landings have had food waste thrown into and around them. This has led to cockroach infestation. There are also instances of cartons and other packaging items left at lift landings.

We are pleased to announce that our 2nd Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 September 2017 / Friday 3pm to 5pm at Oxley Bizhub 2 premises.

Our main contractor will be inspecting the air-con ledges of all units from level 3 to 11. Rectification will be carried out on detective ledges.
