Dear Owners & Tenants of OBH2,
We have received numerous complaints that the rubbish points at lift landings have had food waste thrown into and around them. This has led to cockroach infestation. There are also instances of cartons and other packaging items left at lift landings.
After exploring various options; management has decided to remove the rubbish points at lift landings and centralise the rubbish points at both lobbies of level 1 as shown in the photos.
We count on your acceptance and support for this change so that we will have a hygienic and presentable OBH2.
The change will be effective from 30th Oct 2017.
