While most of our tenants are responsible in managing their waste disposal, we do have a handful of tenants & their suppliers who have been dumping irresponsibly (please see pictures below).
Management will take firm action and impose a cleaning / removal fee for those who dump their waste illegally, inappropriately or irresponsibly.
